The Fold is really excited to see this project underway!

Working with an existing planning permission for three conventional new build houses, our team reimagined what these homes could be, with Passivhaus principles and genuinely sustainable design at the heart of the project.

It has been a journey getting here, navigating the constraints of the original planning permission, simplifying the buildings and working through the finer details to create beautiful, comfortable, low energy homes that don't cost the earth to run.

The Fold is now on site and we will share the journey as it unfolds. Our architect’s drawing give you a flavour of the design and our construction diary will follow the build, including all the technical details (and no doubt a few challenges) of bringing three Passivhaus homes to life.
